Our Team

Nicole graduated from Brandon University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. 

Nicole then received her Chartered Professional Accountant Designation in 2016 and is currently an affiliate member of CPA Saskatchewan.  Nicole has spent the last 10 years working primarily in public accounting, with a main area of focus being municipal auditing.   

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her young family.     

Christine graduated from the University of San Agustin in the Philippines earning a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree with honours and also passed the Certified Public Accountant licensure exam. Christine and her family moved to Canada where she worked as a Finance Manager at Parkland Regional Health Authority. She obtained her Certified General Accountant designation in 2015 and has worked in public accounting since and joined Sensus in 2017.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, listening to alternative rock music, and exploring new places.

Sarah gained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) - accounting stream, from Brandon University in 2020 and received her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2023. She started at Sensus as a summer student in 2019 and returned the following year as a full-time employee, her main area of focus is auditing.

Before joining Sensus in 2013 Katie obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Brandon University and a Business Administration Diploma from Assiniboine Community College.

Katie has many years of public accounting experience and specializes in assurance.

In her spare time, she enjoys sports, reading and travelling.

Chris joined Sensus in July 2019. His main area of focus is corporate and personal income tax.

Chris obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting Stream from Brandon University in 2023. He is currently working towards his CPA designation.

Shaylon obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brandon University in 2016. He obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2019 from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba. After obtaining his designation Shaylon enrolled into the In-Depth Tax Program with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada where he completed the program in 2023.

His experience ranges from audits, reviews, and corporate year ends to personal, corporate, and trust income tax matters.

Shaylon works with owner-managed businesses to assist with their income tax needs from compliance and planning to corporate reorganizations.

Justin obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting Stream from Brandon University in 2021. He joined Sensus in October 2021 as an accounting technician and is part of the auditing department.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing basketball and computer games. He also likes to travel and experience new things. Last but not least, he is very loving of his dog, Uzi, and treats him like a baby.

Tracey joined Sensus in November, 2021. 

She has gained valuable experience while previously employed at Alliance Accounting Group, McNeill Harasymchuk McConnell and Manitoba Telephone System.

In her spare time Tracey enjoys crocheting and spending time with family and friends.

Lovelia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honours from the University of San Carlos, Cebu City, the Philippines in 2011.

She moved to Canada after graduating and obtained her Certified General Accountant designation in 2015. She specializes in auditing.

Before joining Sensus in 2017 Lovelia worked for the City of Brandon as an Accounting Clerk – primarily responsible for property taxes.

In her spare time, she likes watching movies, hanging out with families and friends, travelling and dancing.

Nick’s main area of focus is in financial reporting and assurance, and he primarily performs audits on not-for-profit and public sector entities.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science from Minot State University in 2013 and his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2019, he has been with the firm since November 2013.

Mindy gained her Bachelor of Business Administration – accounting stream, from Brandon University, in 2017, and obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2021.

Mindy joined Sensus in 2015 as part-time student and became a full-time employee in 2017 after graduate from university. Her main area of focus in auditing.

She can speak Cantonese and Mandarin and moved to Canada from China in 2010. In her spare time she enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Sydni joined Sensus in 2019.  She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Business Administration- Accounting Stream and plans to work towards her CPA designation.

Evangeline started working at Sensus in March 2019. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Major in Accounting Diploma in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Philippines, as a city scholar. 
   
She accumulated more than 25 years of experience as a Billing Clerk to Inventory Analyst, and Bank reconciliation to Budget Analyst, in one of the biggest manufacturing company in the Philippines.

Outside work, she is a loving, hardworking, and a caring mother of three children and a passionate member of a church choir.

Mackenzie has a Bachelor of Business Administration- accounting stream from Brandon University and a Business Administration diploma from Assiniboine Community College.  Mackenzie

joined Sensus in October 2022 and primarily works on corporate tax year ends.

Dawn joined the SENSUS team when it was formed in 2005.
